  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Time & Rates

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout
  • Studio Envy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Studio Envy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly
  • You may also reach out to us at support@shopenvy.co, and we will assist where possible

Delays

  • Once your order has been shipped, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control
  • This includes weather delays, carrier issues, or high shipping volume

Exchange Shipping

  • We provide a free return shipping label for approved exchanges only
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
