- During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended
Shipping Time & Rates
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear
Shipping Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout
- Studio Envy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages
- Studio Envy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly

Delays
- Once your order has been shipped, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control
- This includes weather delays, carrier issues, or high shipping volume
Exchange Shipping
- We provide a free return shipping label for approved exchanges only
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
