Studio Envy – Exchange Policy
At Studio Envy, we want you to feel confident and stylish in every piece you wear. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly accept exchanges under the conditions below.
Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage
Final Sale Items (No Exchanges)
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
- Bodysuits
- Sale or clearance items
- White or delicate garments (if applicable)
- Items marked Final Sale
Exchange Process
- All approved exchanges will be issued as store credit only (no refunds)
- Store credit will be provided via digital code or account credit
- Studio Envy will provide a free return shipping label for eligible exchanges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
How to Start an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@shopenvy.co with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to exchange
- The new item or size you prefer
Our team will respond with next steps and your return label.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopenvy.co with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Additional Information
- Please try on items carefully to avoid damage (especially from makeup or deodorant)
- Studio Envy reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions
